I feel so invigorated and inspired at the same time as I think of your upcoming game.

Touche by touche, bout by bout… until you’re finished. One light at a time. We will be there – and the others in spirit.

Opportunity for one light will be there too. It will be in every moment of the game, every minute, every second. On this team we fight for that one light. On this team we tear ourselves and everyone else around us to pieces for that one light. We claw with our fingernails for that one light – well, not literally. Because we know… when we add up all those one lights, THAT'S going to make the difference between winning and losing!

Remember: each light counts.

Do your best so when you look your teammates in the eye, you know that you didn’t let them down - because you did everything you could and that there wasn’t one more thing you could have done. Live in that moment as best you can, with clear eyes, and passion in your heart.

In any fight, it is the guy – or girl, who’s willing to give his or her all, who’s going to win that one light. Now we can't make you do it. You've got to look at the guy – or girl next to you, look into his or her eyes. Now we believe you’re going to see a teammate who will get that one light WITH you. You’re going to see a teammate who will sacrifice him or herself for the team, because he/she knows that when it comes down to it, you’re going to do the same for them.

That's our team, devils.
From now until then, train for that moment.
